The Management of the newly licensed faith-based private University, Muhammed Kamalud-Deen, Ilorin, Kwara State was yesterday, Friday 3rd November offered special prayer commiting the institution into the unfailing hands of Almighty Allah for a smooth take-off of the University.

The prayer session was conducted at the usual Friday Sermon Programme of the Society at the Ansarul-Islam Primary School, Okekere, Ilorin. The event was witnessed by the Kahalifa Al-Adabiy and the Visitor to the University, Shaykh Abdulkadir Adisa Kamaldeen Al-Adabiy (Khaleefatul Adabiyyah) who was joined by National President of the Society and Chairman Board of Trustees, MKU, Alhaji Chief Sulaiman Olayiwola Afolabi and the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman Governing Council of the University, Prof. Shuaib Oba AbdulRaheem, OFR.

The Management team of the University was led by her Pioneer Vice-Chancellor Prof. Rasheed Gbenga Jimoh accompanied by the Registrar and Secretary to the Council, Engr. Mustapha Musa Kamaldeen, the University’s Bursar, Alhaji Muhammed Jimoh and a prominent member of the Governing Council, Prof. Lukman Olajide ABDUR-RAHMAN who is the current Dean of the Faculty of Clinical Sciences, University of Ilorin.

As the University prepares to resume the 2023/2024 Academic Session by January 2024, members of the Management were committed into the guidance and safety of Almighty Allah as they accept the very challenging assignments.
